What makes a medium-sized logistics company attractive for managers?

I asked our new forwarding manager Daniel Mostowy this question.

The 47-year-old has been in charge of the forwarding business at our Kornwestheim branch for a few months now.

What prompted the native of Mönchengladbach to seek new career prospects at CretschmarCargo Süd after successful positions as branch manager in large logistics groups?

His answer: Entrepreneurship and short decision-making processes.

It’s good to hear that these typical SME virtues are still among the sought-after, desirable attributes for ambitious managers like Daniel Mostowy when changing jobs.
