As a Transport Manager, you are an integral part of our Control Tower team and ensure that transportation runs smoothly every day. Your main responsibility will be to track shipments, ensure data accuracy and handle customer concerns professionally. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of logistics as a service and understand the data flow in our systems.
Your tasks:
- Monitoring the daily shipment status and ensuring the accuracy of information in our systems.
- Responding to customer inquiries by e-mail while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and clear communication.
- Work with Product Manager to understand new connections, customer needs and EDI/IT transfers.
- Continuous learning about the logistics industry and its processes and introducing innovative solutions where necessary.
Your profile:
- Degree in logistics, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Sound understanding of the logistics industry, especially logistics as a service.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, unconventional mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Good written and spoken German or English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while working closely with the team.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
