Your tasks:
- Processing of daily transport orders, taking into account deadlines and profitability
- Communication with customers, national and international partners as well as our subsidiaries
- Purchase and sale of freight rates as well as selection and auditing of carriers
- Support and continuous development of import, export and charter transports
- Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, quality management, etc.
- Preparation of quotations on the basis of daily prices
- Support in the preparation of the monthly financial statements
- Contact with truck drivers
Your profile:
- Commercial vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- First work experience in a similar position desirable
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, Spanish would be desirable
- Proven cooperation with truck drivers
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- High degree of responsibility, commitment and service orientation
