Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the management and implementation of internal and external administrative processes
- Implementation and optimization of guidelines in cooperation with various interfaces
- Ensuring personnel administration for approx. 20 employees of the German organization
- Implementation of new financial and personnel processes incl. Creation of associated reports
- Support with the application for certifications
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in business organization and administration
- Good knowledge regarding budgeting, reporting and personnel controlling
- Organizational skills and enjoys implementing new processes with ensuring subsequent operational implementation
- Secure knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
- Distinct communication competence
